At Petmate, we want you and your pet to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion items with tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we make the exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and hair-free apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
